Planning for the Annual Supplementary School Community Professional Development Day is under way!

This fall the PD day will be held on Sunday November 14^th, at the Lipa Green Conference Centre.

The morning session topics will include:

• Teaching Introductory Hebrew
• Teaching Tefillah
• Supporting Students with Diverse Needs
• The “arts” based classroom
• Using learning centres in the supplementary school classroom
• Experiential Education in the supplementary school classroom
• Learning how to use IT in the classroom
• Family Education Training- part 1*

*The training for Family Educators will continue in the afternoon.

Lunch will be provided.  There will be no cost for admission for Teachers who are on staff in any Supplementary Schools affiliated with the Centre for Jewish Education
