Over 350 entries were received for the 2011 Creative Writing Contest and after the final judging 41 entries were chosen as winners. 

On Sunday, May 15th the Centre For Jewish Education held the  Creative Writing Awards Ceremony in the Lipa Green Centre. Over 160 people attended including  the winners, their family members and teachers. 

The Creative Writing Contest is an opportunity for students in our day and supplementary schools to demonstrate creative written expression in a variety of topics in Hebrew and English.  The Creative Writing contest is supported by the Jean and Sam Sable Education Fund.
